1. About the Site

• 1.1 The Site is operated by Swansea University (“the University”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
• 1.2 The purpose of the Site is to provide general information about the DRAGON project and related tools, and to signpost publications and training opportunities.
• 1.3 The Site does not itself provide access to the DRAGON tools, or training; it only provides contact details and links to external platforms where such access may be requested or managed.

2. Access to Tools and Training

• 2.1 Any request for access to DRAGON tools or related resources must be made via the contact details or registration links given on the Site.
• 2.2 Any such access, if granted, will be subject to separate terms, agreements or approvals. These Terms apply only to your use of the Site and do not govern those separate arrangements.
• 2.3 We do not guarantee that any request for access, collaboration or training will be accepted.

3. Intellectual Property

• 3.1 Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (including text, images, graphics, logos, design and layout) are owned by the University or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
• 3.2 Publications and other resources linked from the Site (for example, journal articles, conference papers or repository entries) are hosted on third‑party platforms and are subject to the terms and conditions and copyright policies of those platforms and/or publishers.
• 3.3 You may view the Site and, for your own personal, non‑commercial and academic use, you may download or print reasonable extracts of content from the Site, provided that you:
  • do not remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices; and
  • do not misrepresent the origin of the content.
• 3.4 Except as expressly permitted in clause 3.3 or by applicable law, you must not:
  • reproduce, redistribute, adapt, translate, modify or create derivative works from the Site or its content;
  • use the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent; or
  • use any automated means to access, scrape, harvest or systematically download the Site or its content.

7. External Links

• 7.1 The Site contains links to websites and platforms operated by third parties (including publishers, repositories, training platforms and partner organisations). These links are provided for convenience only.
• 7.2 We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content, availability, security, policies or practices of any third‑party sites. Your use of such sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

8. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

• 8.1 We may update, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, without notice.
• 8.2 We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• 9.1 The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations and undertakings (express or implied) regarding the Site and its content, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.
• 9.2 We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error‑free or secure, or that it will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
• 9.4 Subject to clause 9.3, we shall not be liable for any:
  • loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings; or
  • indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 10.1 These Terms and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• 10.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
